Terms & Conditions

1. This program is referred to as "My Car Replacement Friend."
2. The company managing this program is Mooshicar Sdn Bhd, with individuals participating in the program termed as Participants.
3. "My Car Replacement Friend" aims to assist customers dealing with the aftermath of car accidents or theft by providing replacement vehicles.
4. The program is applicable only to privately owned and company-owned vehicles. It does not extend coverage to commercial vehicles.
5. We cover incidents such as car accidents or car theft, provided that Participants furnish supporting documents like a police report.
6. The program is open to Malaysia-registered cars under 15 years old.
7. All replacement cars provided are less than seven (7) years old and maintained in good condition.
8. Participants can make unlimited claims within 24 hours from the submission of the police report to MOOSHICAR.
9. The program provides coverage for a period of ONE (1) year.
10. Claims become effective TEN (10) days cooling-off period from the date of payment.
11. There are no limits on the number of times Participants may claim a replacement car during the coverage period.
12. Replacement cars will be Malaysian-made models. Windscreen coverage is not included in the program.
13. The car replacement periods include both collection and drop-off days.
14. Participants must collect and return replacement cars at designated centers, including Allianz and Zurich General Insurance offices and MOOSHICAR offices nationwide.
15. Participants must promptly inform Mooshicar Sdn Bhd of incidents and collect replacement cars within one (1) week of the accident or theft occurrence.
16. MOOSHICAR reserves the right to decline coverage if it is evident, through police investigation or other means, that the participant was driving under the influence of intoxicants, liquor, drugs, or engaging in illegal activities at the time of the incident.
